the breakfast had many different options. i found the staff to be great, always available when i needed help. the hotel provided many activities, my kids enjoyed it a lot.

the elevator was crowded most times i used it. the hotel has only three working elevators. this caused some delays for me and my family. the pool area lacked enough seating. we had to leave our belongings on the floor because all seats were taken.
